We are based in Austria and ship to all European, North American and some other countries. If you have trouble purchasing our products because we don’t ship to your country please contact us and we will arrange shipping to your country.
We aim to dispatch every order to the post office within 1 business day. From then on the shipping will take 2-30+ business days depending on your location.
2-4 business days for Austria and Germany
4-20 business days for Europe
30+ business days for America
10-30 business days for Rest of the World
Our packages are only tracked if you chose the tracked option at checkout.
If you don’t choose that option we have no way of knowing where your package is nor when it will arrive. We can only give estimates on the delivery day.
