What I get when I order from you?

You will receive a stylish Box full of different home accessories and decoration objects. Exact list of products is published in each Product description page. For example HERE. Photos of all products included in each box also are there. 

What is the size of the box?

For now, we offer only one size of boxes: 35 cm X 26 cm X 10 cm.

Other sizes will be indicated on the "Product description" page.

Can I cancel my order / change the delivery address?

As a rule, we dispatch our boxes in the same working day after the order has been confirmed. If you notice the address error quickly, we can endeavor (without guarantee) to correct it before the article has been dispatched. A cancellation is also only possible after the order has been confirmed as long as the shipment has not leave our wharehouse.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email at alejandra@boxbindery.at and send photos of the damaged product and packaging so that we can quickly find a solution for you. Together, we will do it.

How can I pay with you?

We offer the following payment options: credit card, GPay, ApplePay, ShopPay, Klarna Sofortüberweisung and PayPal.

Do you save credit card or account details?

No. We only receive the most necessary data from the individual payment providers to carry out the payment transaction. It is encrypted. We only receive the information which payment method was selected, whether the transaction was successful and the amount. 

How long does it take to get my Box?

2-4 business days for Austria and Germany
4-20 business days for Europe
30+ business days for America
10-30 business days for Rest of the World

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Austria is free. Prices for other countries you can find during check out. 

I want to return the Box

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Products must be unused and in its original undamaged package.

We will refund after receiving and checking the conditions of the products.
